This Shipping Policy explains how orders are handled and dispatched by Newlife Peptides.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the following working day.
Orders received on Saturdays after 9:00 AM, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Royal Mail may experience occasional delays due to seasonal demand, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Royal Mail provides GPS tracking and delivery confirmation once a parcel is scanned as delivered.
If Royal Mail confirms successful delivery to the address entered at checkout, Newlife Peptides cannot issue refunds or replacements, even if the customer claims non-receipt.
If you believe a parcel has been incorrectly scanned or delivered, please contact us. We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and provide updates as soon as information becomes available.
All tracked services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take several hours to update after dispatch.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all research products, including peptides, can be lawfully imported into their country.
Newlife Peptides is not liable for any items delayed, held, or seized by customs or other authorities.
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
Please verify that your shipping information is complete and correct before submitting your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is delivered elsewhere, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
If you notice an error in your address details, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of both the product and packaging.
Claims reported after this time cannot be accepted.
Once we receive your report, we will file a claim with Royal Mail.
When the claim is approved, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can open a claim with Royal Mail.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once Royal Mail completes their investigation and confirms the outcome.
If Royal Mail verifies delivery via GPS and delivery confirmation, we are unable to offer compensation.
